THE BENEFITS OF LIVING IN MEXICO🇲🇽

Mexico and Latin America are the last hope for those who want to be free from police state, wokeness, taxes, inflated prices, and socialism. 💪🏻

Mexico is ranked as the top destination for expats, the second most visited country, and the seventh most affordable place to live 🌎

Chris Sky, I, and 1.6 million Americans, along with 110,000 Canadians, have moved here since the pandemic—and you should too! 🌍

First, let me share my story with you:

When the COVID pandemic hit, I lost my house, car, savings, and my skincare business I spent 10 years building day and night, which generated 1.2-1.8 million a year and nearly became homeless💸

A decade of relentless hard work, sacrifice, and dedication vanished overnight. But despite losing everything, I never compromised my principles, values, or integrity. 🫡

On October 29, 2021, With just $3,000 to my name, I packed two suitcases, left my entire life behind, flew to Mexico, and never stepped back into Canada.✈️

This decision was the riskiest yet most meaningful I've ever made in my life.❤️

I worked my ass off, selling $29 fitness programs, and survived on Walmart ground beef for a year.

I invested in books, and Udemy courses, and spent months mastering online business and marketing.📚

Earning in USD while spending in pesos put me among the wealthiest, opened doors to high-profile networks, and unlocked endless business opportunities, allowing me to save, invest, and secure my family's future🇲🇽

Sacrifices are essential for growth and success. Sometimes it means being away from family, taking big risks, or even moving to another country and starting from scratch!

Today, I have five income streams and live a life filled with freedom, financial security, and the ability to live on my terms.😎

I’ve scrubbed toilets, slept on the street, and worked relentlessly to build this life. It’s not just a lifestyle—it’s my masterpiece, created through years of dedication, clear vision, and hard work.🎨

I am building a mansion with cash and will have my kids move to Mexico next year, so we never have to worry about rent or a mortgage—together for eternity. 🏠

One day, I’ll be gone, but my name and legacy will live forever.🫡

Just as I’ve built my dream life in Mexico, you can create a life you love—a life you enjoy and a life worth living❤️

Low cost of living, tax benefits, and financial freedom, Mexico is a paradise for families and entrepreneurs.🌴

Chris Sky, I, and over 1.6 million Americans and 110,000 Canadians have made Mexico home since the pandemic to enjoy the sunshine, beautiful beaches, delicious organic food, and affordable lifestyle—and you should, too!

Western media paints Mexico as a dangerous place because if Americans ever realized how badly they're being fucked by their own government—and how incredible life in Mexico could be—there’d be a mass exodus. 🚨
10 fascinating facts the Western government is trying to hide from you about Mexico:

1. Live with your wife and kids in a 3-bedroom apartment, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach for less than $2000 a month, including your house, utilities, and groceries combined ❤️

2. Buy a brand new 3-bedroom townhouse in a gated community, near school, with a park and an outdoor swimming pool for USD$150,000. 🏠

3. Start any business you want, whether it’s selling tacos, fast food, or merchandise on the street, and no license is required.

4. Enroll your children in private schools that offer superior education to those in the USA and Canada, for under $200 per month. Furthermore, public universities in Mexico provide free tuition for local students. 🏫

5. Mexico has banned Monsanto, pesticides, genetically modified corn, and junk food advertisements targeted at children. 👧 🧒🏻

6. Mexico prohibited geo-engineering and chemtrails, allowing people to enjoy sunlight and breathe fresh air. The weather is phenomenal, and the beach and sun are life-saving.❤️

7. Rooted in the Mexican constitution’s principles, every Mexican citizen is entitled to cost-free access to healthcare and medication. Private doctors can come to your house for USD 50.🆘

8. Buy almost anything over the counter without a prescription, including ivermectin, antibiotics and TRT.💊

9. Mexico rejected the WHO pandemic treaty, declining to join due to concerns about sovereignty and the potential implications for national control over health policies. 🏖️

Mexican President López refused to wear a mask, didn’t take the COVID-19 vaccine, resisted vaccinating children despite a court order, banned GMOs and Monsanto, rejected the WHO pandemic treaty, and never imposed any lockdowns or mandates.

He also called Western leaders dictators.🚫

10. As a foreigner living in Mexico, you’re exempt from paying taxes on income earned abroad !💵

If you're an American, you can apply for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE). This allows qualifying U.S. citizens to exclude a portion of their foreign earnings from U.S. taxable income. For tax year 2023, the exclusion is up to $120,000 or the total foreign income earned.

Important Notice Regarding The Special Accelerated Process:

If you were in Mexico between 2010 and 2022, you might just have hit the jackpot! You could qualify for a 4-year Mexican residency without any financial criteria or additional requirements through a special expedited process. 🇲🇽

Only a few will be selected, and you can get your 4-year Mexican residency in 5 business days. After 4 consecutive years, you'll be eligible to exchange your status for permanent residency. ✅

This is your guaranteed path to Mexican nationality: After holding Mexican residency for 5 years, you can acquire your Mexican citizenship and passport. This process saves you tens of thousands of dollars and years of waiting time and bureaucratic hassle.

For less than $2,500 a month, I live a luxurious life most people can only dream of—full of freedom, financial security, and the ability to live on my own terms. 😎

1.Transportation 🛵

I bought this brand new scooter for $1500 two years ago and it cost me $5 a week in gas.⛽️ Compared to my Canadian car payment, insurance and gas, that’s over $2000 a month saving!

2. Housing 🏡

I live in Playa Del Carmen in a fancy hotel penthouse better than 5-star hotels in Vegas with a gorgeous view. 😍 I pay $1,400, which includes all utilities and weekly cleaning.

Compared to my house in Canada, that is over $3000 a month saving.

3. Groceries 🥩

I eat 1 kg of top sirloin daily, ordered from Carnes Finas De Monterrey. It’s one of the most expensive meats in Mexico, costing me $21. With eggs, fruit, and other essentials, I spend maybe $30 a day max—around $900 a month. 🥩

So all my expenses are less than $2,500, which means I save over $6,000 a month while living a high-end lifestyle that most people can only dream of.

Most of you would be fine with half of that. $1500 an average monthly expense💰

7 Main Reasons Why I Choose to Live in Mexico Over Chinada and the United Sheep of America:🇲🇽

  •  My Skin

I used to scratch my skin like a dog due to dryness—my lips, shoulders, arms, thighs, and even my balls. Thanks to Mexico's climate, my skin looks and feels fabulous! I look so much younger. ❤️

  • My Health

As someone who suffered from asthma since birth, breathing fresh air without chemtrails has been life-saving. I never get sick!

  • The Beach and the Sun 🏖️

Living by the ocean can add 10-15 years to your life! Being able to relax in warm weather, on the beach, watch the ocean, and tan all day offers significant mental health benefits. Every day feels like a vacation.🤫

  • The Government is Not on My Ass

There is no such thing as gender idologies, drag queens, digital ID, digital money, or invasive surveillance. I pay for almost everything in cash, no one can track my purchases, I don't have any bills in my name, and no one even knows where I live. 🏡

I enjoy my privacy and freedom, It's a liberating experience not many people get to enjoy!

  • Affordable Private Healthcare

A private doctor can come to my house for $50, and an average surgery costs about $200USD. Also, I have access to almost all medications without prescriptions.👩‍⚕️

  • Organic Food

Mexico banned GMOs, pesticides, and Monsanto so I can buy organic food and grass-fed beef without having to sell my kidney. 🥩

  • Low Cost of Living

I enjoy a high-end life that most people can only dream of, for as low as $2,500 a month includes my penthouse, utilities, transportation, and groceries combined!💰

Making 50k a year in the West, you’re considered low class and can barely survive 😢

Making 50k a year in Mexico, you’re considered the 1% and can live a luxurious life!

In fact, If you're making more than $64,000 USD, you're earning more than the President of Mexico 🇲🇽💸

Now imagine you make 100k? or 200k. you'll live like King Salman of Saudi Arabia. 🫡

Making money in a strong currency and spending it in a weaker currency is a life hack. 💰

I don’t give a fuck about fancy living or fancy cars; what’s important to me is not living paycheck to paycheck, not being stuck in the rat race, and never stressing about money. 💴

Mexico has saved my life and allowed me to save more than I’ve saved in Canada in the past 10 years combined because of the low cost of living.

Eliminating money problems brings peace of mind, freedom, and happiness. 💪

If you're a real estate agent, investor, marketer, entrepreneur, innovator, online business owner, digital nomad, or someone who can work remotely and live anywhere in the world but aren't living in Mexico, you're missing out and flushing your money down the fucking toilet.🤦🏻‍♂️

If Americans realized how badly they were being fucked by their government and how fascinating Mexico is, there would be a mass exodus. 🚀

  • Tax Haven

As a foreigner living in Mexico, you’re exempt from paying taxes on income earned abroad 💵

One of the reasons I fucking love living in Mexico is that *I don’t pay taxes.*💰

This strategy has saved me tens of thousands of dollars every year, which I use to travel the world.🗺️

Mexico gives you two options:

You can either become a Mexican resident or a Mexican tax resident.👇

1. A Mexican resident holds Mexican residency and lives in the country for up to six months a year, which exempts you from paying income tax on foreign earnings.

2. A Mexican tax resident, on the other hand, is someone who lives in Mexico as their primary residence. 🇲🇽

That’s what I do-I live in Mexico from October to March and travel the world the rest of the year. ✈️

I don’t pay taxes anywhere because I’m not a tax resident of any fucking country.🤷‍♂️

The rich don't pay taxes because they're not fucking stupid!😎

The poor always get fucked because they’re not willing to learn, take action, and are always waiting for someone to save them! ⚠️

This is just one of several strategies. If you want to make Mexico your primary residence, there are other ways to legally avoid taxes as well. 🤫

I initially left Canada to escape mask and vaccine mandates🇨🇦

Later, I stayed away to avoid the oppressive tax system💵

Now, I remain away because of the Wokeness, low trust, high cost of living, and creeping socialism!

I live in Mexico for the freedom, affordability, and higher quality of life, where I can truly live without the weight of stress and endless restrictions. 🌞🌊

Chris, I, and 1.6 million Americans, along with 110,000 Canadians, have moved to Mexico since the pandemic—and you should too! 🌍

FAQ'S

I made a post about the benefits of moving to Mexico, and it has reached over 2 million views on X in less than 24 hours and still going ❤️

As an appreciation, here are the 10 frequently asked questions and answers:

Isn't Mexico a shithole? 🤔
Some Americans and Canadians think Mexico is a "shithole."🇺🇸🇨🇦

Imagine how brainwashed you'd have to be to view stunning beaches, sunshine, affordable living, organic food, and true freedom as undesirable. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Meanwhile, these same people live in a police state, drowning in debt, losing 60% of their income to taxes, paying inflated prices, eating processed food, being trapped in a system that profits from their slavery, and working 60-hour weeks just to avoid homelessness👮‍♂️

Mexico is a paradise, its ranked as the world's top place to live as an expat, the second most visited country, and the seventh most affordable country. 🇲🇽
Is Mexico safe? 🤔
Western media paints Mexico as a dangerous place because if Americans ever realized how badly they're being fucked by their own government—and how incredible life in Mexico could be—there’d be a mass exodus. 🚨

Many Americans express concern about high crime rates in Mexico, so let’s clarify the facts: 👇

In 2021, the United States recorded approximately 24,400 homicides and 688 mass shootings. 🇺🇸

In contrast, Mexico had 29,685 homicides and 60 mass shootings. 🇲🇽

While the homicide figure in Mexico is indeed higher, it's important to note that both homicide and mass shootings are often tied to violence among cartel members. 💀

Conversely, mass shootings in the U.S. occur at nearly eleven times the rate of those in Mexico, and they are perpetrated by ordinary citizens. 🤦🏻‍♂️

In reality, you’re more likely to be killed by an average Joe in America than by a cartel member in Mexico. 🤷‍♂️

Just like any other place in the world, there are safe areas and dangerous areas. If you’re not involved in drugs, sex trafficking, or illegal activities, you should be fine. 😀

I know hundreds of families who have lived in Mexico for years without any issues.

In 2022 Mexico welcomed 66 million visitors 😀

Pre pandemic Mexico received 34.7 million visitors a year 🙌

Mexico has traditionally being among the most visited countries in the world according to the World Tourism Organization.

If you are someone who took six shots, wore a mask while driving and sleeping, hid in the basement and didn’t leave the house for three years, then nothing ever will be safe enough for you.

Is safety more important than freedom? For me, freedom always prevails. Safety is subjective and self-defined.
What do you think about Mexico's new president, Claudia Sheinbaum? 🤔
I think about the Mexican president the same way I think about all other presidents; they're all puppets and actors on stage. What really matters is who is in control of important policies.

Have you noticed that when the media portrays someone negatively, they might not be that bad, and when the media praises someone, they might actually be evil?

Let me explain:

Mexico rejected the WHO pandemic treaty, declining to join due to concerns about sovereignty and the potential implications for national control over health policies.

Mexico does not have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy and Employers cannot require compulsory vaccination.

It’s known that the government doesn’t control policies within the country; The cartels do!🤷‍♂️

They own domestic airports, big hotels, real estate, ferries, restaurants, nightclubs and all major businesses. 💰

Tourists are essential for their businesses, We are the lifeblood of their enterprise.

During the pandemic, Mexico has been a refuge for millions fleeing communism, celebrated as one of the world's freest and most beautiful countries with a low cost of living. 🇲🇽

In 2022 alone, while much of the world was shut down, over 66 million people visited Mexico. ❤️

This is precisely why I am certain that Mexico will remain a free country 🇲🇽

Mexico implement a 0% tax on income earned abroad, akin to Dubai. This reshaped the country, fostering a thriving community. ❤️

That’s exactly why they’re trying to scare you into not moving to Mexico. They want to keep you in an open prison, control every aspect of your life and arrest you if you refuse the vaccine, Central Bank Digital Currency, or digital ID. 👌

Mexico and Latin America are the last hope for those seeking freedom from wokeness, inflated prices, oppressive taxes, and socialism!

Viva La Mexico . 🇲🇽
Where should I live in Mexico?
This is the most frequently asked question and the least relevant because you can't go wrong in Mexico. Mexico is heaven on earth, its a paradise and you would love it everywhere; it’s just a matter of personal preference.

Domestic flights in Mexico cost $50, so you can fly and check out different places. I like Playa del Carmen, but some people prefer Cancun, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico City, or Puerto Escondido.
How about a married couple?
An additional and most affordable option for a couple is to obtain the parents' residency first. Once the husband and wife secure their status, we can apply for temporary residency for children under 18. Children under 18 years old receive the same residency status as their parents.

Please note that we will require the marriage certificate to be apostilled and translated into Spanish.

The parents must be in Mexico to apply (you can come for a vacation once your application gets approved. We will book an appointment at the Mexican immigration office and send a facilitator to accompany the parents, guiding and supervising the process. In the family reunification and sponsorship program, the main applicant receives a 4-year residency, while the spouse receives a 1-year residency.

Please note that by the end of the temporary residency year, the parents and kids have 30 days to apply for permanent residency. If not, the family risks losing their temporary residency status.

The appointment must be in Playa del Carmen, and you must notify us 6-8 weeks before your arrival.
How about my kids? 👧👦🏻
Children under 18 years old receive the same residency status as their parents. If the parents have permanent residency, the children will also have permanent residency. Similarly, if the parents have temporary residency, the children will have temporary residency as well.

If you have a spouse or kids and want to secure residency for everyone but are tight on budget, do yours first. This will secure your status, and you can always complete the process for your family in the future, as they will remain eligible.

If you're a single parent, in some cases you need permission from your child's father to approve their residency.

There are private schools in Mexico that are ten times better than those in the USA and Canada, and they cost around $300 a month. 🏫

Additionally, you can homeschool your kids, and private teachers charge very little.
How about giving birth in Mexico?
Mexico grants citizenship immediately to newborns, and the parents get permanent residency.

The women I know who gave birth in Mexico did home births, and they LOVED it! 🥰
Can I work in Mexico as an employee?
With permanent residency, yes, you can work. However, with most types of temporary residency, you must obtain a work permit.

You may be better off having a business, a side hustle, or passive income.
Can I open a business in Mexico?
Absolutely! Once you have your residency, you can start a business. 👩‍💼👨‍💼
If Mexico is so great, then why Mexicans are moving to the USA ?
Hahah I always laugh when i hear this question, so here is my answer:

Mexico's daily minimum wage is MXN $374.89 (approximately USD $21.83) for the Free Zone of the Northern Border (Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte, ZLFN) and MXN $248.93 (approximately USD $14.50) for the rest of the country. 😔

That’s less than $2 an hour. This is precisely why Mexicans move to America for better wages to do the jobs that Americans would never consider, like washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning streets, and construction sites etc🏗️

These people often live 10 in the same house so they can save extra money to send to their families. 💰
What’s the cost of living in Mexico?

In the West, earning $60k makes you poor as hell, barely surviving. But earning $60k in Mexico places you in the top 1%, living a life most can only dream of. 💭

Average 3 bedroom apartment for rent: $350/month. 🏡

Average price of a house $90,000USD🏡

Groceries: $85/week. 🥩

A taco is just $1. 🌮

Phone bill: $9/month. 📱

Property tax: $35/year. 🏠

If you're single, you can live comfortably on less than $1,200 a month.

If you have a family, you can live with your spouse and two kids in a 3-bedroom apartment, 10 minutes from the beach, for less than $2,000 a month—including housing, utilities, and food combined. 💰
Is true that  people in Mexico make $20 a day ?
Americans and Canadians are so broke and they don't even know it! 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

I frequently hear Americans say, "But people in Mexico make $20 a day. 🇲🇽

That's true, but you can get a full meal in Mexico for $2. 🍱

The metro in Mexico City costs 5 pesos, which is about 25 cents. 🚃

The average rent in Mexico is $150USD

The phone bill is $9📱

Yes, people make less money in Mexico, but the cost of living is incredibly low.

Let's say you live in the USA and make $3500 a month after taxes: 💰

Rent: $2000 🏠
Car payment: $500 🚘
Car insurance: $200
Health insurance: $200 🤒
Phone bill: $100
Internet: $50-100
Electricity: $150
Water bill: $100

What's the point of making more money if you can't keep any of it? 🤔

60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. 😢

80% of Americans are in debt and don't own anything. 🤷‍♂️

49% of Americans don't even have $500 saved for emergencies. 🤒

But let's call Mexicans and other countries, poor.🤔

The US system wants you to spend every waking moment working, paying into a system that will never benefit you, slaving away your whole life just to be retired for a measly 10 years. 🤢

At least here in Mexico, people own their things! They own their houses, cars, and land and aren't in debt. 80% of Mexicans are homeowners, the highest percentage in the world. 🗺️

Now, tell me who is the real poor here? 🤔

I know this is going to hurt a lot of Americans, Canadians, and millions of people around the world, but it's the harsh truth.❤️

Why do Americans and people from around the world move to Mexico? 🧐
For the freedom, beautiful beaches low cost of living!

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was moving to Mexico in October 2021: 🇲🇽

Since then: 👇

$0 car loans 🚗

$0 student loan 👨‍🎓

$0 mortgages 🏡

$0 credit card debt 💳

$0 unpaid bills 📬

$0 taxes paid 💵

I have enough saved to cover 7 years of emergency funds. 💰

If this isn’t freedom, then I don’t know what is. 🌴

Sacrifices are neccesary to create a life worth living. Sometimes it means being away from family, taking big risks, or even moving to another country and starting from scratch!❤️

I initially planned to escape the vaccine and mandates, but what I’ve discovered is so much more—I’m free from gender ideologies, drag queens, digital ID, digital money, media propaganda and invasive surveillance.❤️

I live life on my own terms. I pay for everything in cash, have no bills in my name, and no one even knows where I live.

I fucking love my privacy and freedom! 🗽

I swear, the West is a suffocating police state, drowning in endless rules, regulations, and high taxes. In Canada and the USA, the harder you work, the poorer you get 👮‍♀️

I enjoy the warm weather, beach life, affordable private healthcare, low cost of living, and easy access to organic food, raw milk, and grass-fed beef—all without having to sell a kidney. 🥩

I’m living a high-end lifestyle that most people can only dream of, all for just $2,500 a month. That covers my fancy hotel penthouse, utilities, transportation, and organic groceries combined!💰

Everything you hear in the media about Mexico is a distorted reflection of the West's own chaos—high crime and constant danger. It’s all a fabricated lie so they can keep you stuck in a police state and control every aspect of your life🤥

Mexico is ranked as the world's top place to live as an expat, the second most visited, and the seventh most affordable country. 🇲🇽
What are the benefits of  Residency for foreigners purchasing property in Mexico?

Obtaining a Mexican Residency offers several benefits for foreigners purchasing property in Mexico:

1. Ease of Purchase: Residents can more easily navigate the property purchase process. They can avoid some of the restrictions that apply to non-residents, such as the requirement to hold property in the restricted zones (within 50 km of the coastline or 100 km of the borders) through a fideicomiso (bank trust).

2. Long-Term Stay: Permanent  and temporary residencies allows for an indefinite stay in Mexico without the need to renew visas. This is particularly beneficial for property owners who wish to spend extended periods in the country or live there full-time.

3. Simplified Banking and Financial Transactions**: Permanent and temporary residents can open Mexican bank accounts, which can simplify the process of managing property-related finances, including paying utilities, property taxes, and maintenance fees.

4. Healthcare and Insurance Access: Permanent residents have access to Mexico’s public healthcare system (IMSS) and may find it easier to obtain private health insurance as well as vehicle and home insurance.

5. Legal and Administrative Advantages: Being a permanent or temporary resident can facilitate other legal and administrative processes, such as obtaining a driver’s license, registering a vehicle, and dealing with local authorities.

6. Potential Tax Benefits: Mexican residents can reduce their capital gains tax from 35% to zero on property sales, provided they meet certain residency and usage criteria.

7. Community Integration: Permanent and temporary residencies can aid in better integration into the local community, as residents may participate more fully in local activities and utilize services.

8. As a foreigner living in Mexico, you're exempt from paying taxes on income earned abroad.💰

Overall, having a Mexican Residency can make property ownership more straightforward, reduce your taxes to zero, and provide financial security and legal assurances for long-term or permanent stays in Mexico.👩‍💼👨‍💼

Mexican residency helps you escape the Matrix, open offshore bank accounts, reduce your taxes to zero, access free healthcare and education, buy real estate, and live on your terms. 💰
Why should I get Mexican residency if I can stay in Mexico for 6 months as a tourist? 🤔
Excellent question! Here are the 10 key reasons why becoming a resident is far superior to just being a tourist:

1. Legal Status 👏

Being a legal resident opens doors to serious networking, especially if you want to connect with high-profile businesspeople. Plus, every legal process becomes ten times easier when you have residency.

2. Vehicle Ownership 🚗

You can purchase vehicles, get cheaper local insurance, and obtain a Mexican driver’s license.

3. Save on Capital Gains Tax 💰

While tourists can buy real estate, residents save 35% on capital gains tax!

4. Business and Banking 📈

With residency, you can register a business, open personal and business bank accounts, build credit and access local financial benefits.

5. Tax-Free Foreign Income 🛡️

Mexican residents are exempt from paying taxes on income earned abroad. This alone should fire up your ass!

6. Access to Healthcare and Education 🏥📚

Residents can access Mexico’s public healthcare system and free education for their children.

7. Stability and Security 🌎

Your residency is a lifelong status and gives you a safety net in case of future travel restrictions, political changes, or visa policy shifts.

8. Family Benefits 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

You can sponsor and bring your family along with easier visa processes, allowing them to live, study, or work in Mexico.

9. Potential Citizenship Path 🇲🇽

Residency is the first step towards Mexican citizenship, giving you even more rights and protections long-term.

10. Limited-Time Opportunity ⏳

This might be your last chance, as the new government could shut down the current residency programs. Don’t miss out while it’s still available!
Should I get temporary or permanent residency? 🤔
Temporary residencies are easier to obtain and essentially offer long-term residency with minimal renewal requirements and the option for work permits if you wish to work for a Mexican company. However, you can still work online, start a business, open a bank account, and purchase property and a car.

Through a special accelerated process, individuals receive a 4-year temporary residency initially. After four consecutive years, they can apply for permanent residency.

There is now a streamlined method to upgrade your temporary residency to permanent residency without the usual 4-year wait. Please contact us for more information.

Permanent residency is a lifelong status and the final step before citizenship, granting you all the rights and benefits of Mexican citizens except for voting. You can work, start a business, hire employees, open bank accounts, obtain credit cards, invest, and begin establishing your future.

Important Notice About Permanent Residency:

There is a new expedited process that allows you to obtain Mexican permanent residency without any financial criteria in 10 business days.

In addition, if you already have temporary residency, there is a new accelerated process to fast-track your permanent residency, allowing you to change your status from temporary to permanent without waiting four years.
How much does it cost and how long it takes? 💰
We can guarantee your Mexican residency in as little as 5 business days!

To give you an estimate:

1. Temporary 1-year residencies range from $4,750 to $6,000, depending on the program you qualify for and on how long you're willing to wait for your appointment in Mexico. The longer you can wait, the more affordable it becomes.

All rates encompass lawyers' fees, immigration fees, federal government charges, and application fees.

Children under 18 years old receive a 50-70% discount and are granted the same residency status as their parents.

We offer special rates for single moms/dads and for families with children under the family reunification program.

For single individuals, couples, and families, we guarantee 4-year temporary residency within 5 business days or permanent residency within 10 business days through a special accelerated process. ❤️
Why your rates are higher than other lawyers?
My rates reflect the level of expertise, personalized attention, and results-driven approach I provide. While some lawyers may charge less, I ensure your case receives the priority, urgency, and detail it deserves. In the end, it’s about achieving the best outcome, not cutting corners. You can go with other lawyers, wait 6 months for an appointment, only to risk getting declined, or work with us and have your Mexican residency guaranteed in just 5 business days. Choose wisely!
When can I apply for Mexican citizenship?
You must be a resident of Mexico for five years before applying for citizenship, and you need to learn Spanish and pass a language exam.

Importantly, you must have at least 5 consecutive years of legal residency (temporary and/or permanent) and you must prove that you have been situated physically in Mexico for at least 18 months in the past two years preceding your application date
What is the first step I should take?
That’s a great question! 🙋‍♂️

If I were in your shoes, I would get my residency first. When I immigrated to Canada, it took me 7 years to get my residency and 11 years to get my Canadian citizenship and passport, simply because of the constant changes in laws and regulations. It's a lesson I learned the hard way.

With the new Mexican government, imagine if additional regulations, restrictions, and requirements were imposed, or if residency programs for foreigners were even shut down. Do you really want to risk your residency status? Think again!

Once you are legal, have secured your Mexican status, opened a bank account, and got your credit card, all of your stress will be gone, and you will have enough time to travel around Mexico to explore its diverse regions, vibrant culture, and picturesque landscapes to find the perfect place to call home.
What is the special accelerated process?
That’s a great question too! 🙋‍♂️

This is a special accelerated process based on nomination that expedites your approval. It guarantees Mexican temporary residency for 4 years within 5 business days or permanent residency within 30 days.

This is your guaranteed path to Mexican citizenship: after holding Mexican residency for 5 years, you can take the Spanish exam and then obtain your Mexican passport. This process saves you tens of thousands of dollars and years of waiting time and bureaucratic hassle.

First, book a call with us to discuss your needs and determine the best residency type for you. After we agree on which program you qualify for, you will send us a copy of your passport, birth certificate, and all supporting documentation.

Our immigration lawyer will double-check your documents to confirm your eligibility. Once your application is approved, we will book an appointment for you at the Mexican immigration office in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. On the day of your appointment, our facilitator will be with you in person to handle your application, supervise the process, and ensure you receive your residency card and CURP (your Mexican national ID number).

A 50% deposit is required upfront to submit your application, obtain final approval, and secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due upon your safe arrival in Mexico.
